This means that a functional interior can be integrated directly into the panels – from electrical systems to heat and sound insulation. Every material and every variant of our different core materials offers countless possibilities.
The lightweight core materials of TRIPAN composite components can be made of aluminum, stainless steel, wood materials, plastics, foams and many other materials. While panels with an aluminum honeycomb core are extremely resistant to compression and bending, panels with a rigid foam core in turn are characterized by high thermal insulation properties. The product portfolio is constantly being expanded, and renewable raw materials are also being used more and more in many areas. In addition to the core materials, inserts or shaped tubes for fastening anchors can also be inserted for particularly high point loads.
